The Lateral Leg press is also great for workouts as you can choose to work on legs together, or independently. Add different weights for each weight loading pin, and you can place a slightly heavier weight on your weaker leg to balance the workout.

Exigo make their strength machines to order, which means a lead time from the point of ordering of around three to four week. You can however, choose from 19 different frame colours and 12 upholstery colours so it fits in with your existing studio design.
