This full deadlift bar jack from Primal Strength helps to lift the whole bar and weights off the ground, so plates can be easily removed or added quickly.

Using The Deadlift Bar Jack

As easy as sliding beneath the fully loaded Olympic bar and then lifting to take the weight and lift the bar up. Once up you can rest the weight whilst you add or remove the discs and then simply lower the weight back down. A simple lever that makes light work of even the fullest bar.
