Align-Pilates Combo Chair III (Flat packed)

Providing a compact way to perform a wide range of Pilates exercises, this Combo Chair II allows you to stretch and strengthen your muscle groups whilst also encouraging posture and rotational exercises. Also know as a Wunda Chair or simply a Pilates chair, it's easy to store and thanks to the marine ply construction, is a strong and durable design. This version comes flat packed for delivery, but only take a short while to assemble (there is a pre-assembled version available).

Choosing this Combo Chair

As well as the maple veneered marine ply with a steel frame, it has two handles with variable adjustments, single or split pedal functionality, four spring positions for each spring as well as two different spring strengths. You also get rolling wheels to help you move the chair around. This Combo Chair is a great addition to any home or studio and also allows for a jump board to convert it into a high back chair.

The Combo Chair II comes flat packed for you to assemble.

Pliates has grown in popularity and provides a great route for rehab as well as strength and posture exercises. The resistance provided by the springs is adjustable and this Combo Chair comes with 2 'strong' nickel plated music wire springs and 2 'extra strong' springs. This provides you with an excellent combination of resistances for you to work out with.
