Looking rather like a four poster bad, the Full Cadillac frame is two towers, one each end of your reformer, that are connected together in order to provide a stable frame from which you can perform exercises. In fact it's the sheer variety of basic and advanced exercises including: Sitting; Standing; Kneeling; Lying and, when you're ready, upside down exercises.
