Functional Trainer

The combination of a dual adjustable cable system and Smith Machine alone ensures over 100 different exercises from the F100. With it's twin independent 100kg weight stacks and the 2:1 cable ratio - this means you have 50kg's each side in weight, with 5kg increments (Needing more weight - see the G12).

Smith Machine

The Smith Machine provides a safer way to work out on your own with it's 10 lock out positions. With commercial quality guide rails the movement is smooth and the safety arms are there in event of blow out.

Squat Rack/Half Rack

With the free Olympic bar, you can use Olympic plates (Olympic plate sets) which free's up the weight stacks for the cable function. We provide the J Hooks and Safety arms that can be set up for almost any height combination from 4'0 up to 7'2".

Multi Grip Pull Up Bar

What better way to build your strength and lats than the wide grip pull up bar. As well as providing rigidity for the frame, the ergonomic design is easy to use and comfortable.

Core Trainer (Landmine)

The landmine attachment allows you to do functional torso and rotational training - especially with the free Olympic bar that comes with the package.
