Using A Self Powered Curved Treadmill

It can feel a little strange at first but after a bit of practice you will get used to it. The Primal Strength Curved Treadmill also has six levels of resistance allowing you to increase the intensity of your workouts. It also makes things like the Prowler Pushes (Leaning on the handlebar supports to drive your legs) possible.

Curved treadmills also encourage you to run 'better' as they help promote a mid-foot or front-foot plant/strike due to your posture and the angle of the curved deck.
